We use a three-tier credit system: (1) Model credits are used for training new AI models; (2) Generation credits are used for creating images with style packs; and (3) Prompt credits allow you to generate custom images with your own text prompts. When you purchase 1 model credit, you automatically receive 4 generation credits and 50 prompt credits. This system gives you flexibility to train once and create various images with a single model.

Model credits are consumed when you train a new AI model with your photos. Generation credits are used when you create images with pre-made style packs. Prompt credits allow you to generate custom images using your own text descriptions (1 prompt credit = 1 image). Model credits are the most computationally intensive, which is why you receive 4x generation credits and 50x prompt credits with each model credit purchased.

After training your model, you can go to the Prompt Studio in your dashboard to create custom images. Simply select your trained model, enter your text prompt describing what you want to generate, set your desired parameters (like number of images, style, etc.), and generate. Each image created with a custom prompt consumes one prompt credit.

For best results, we recommend uploading 10-20 clear photos of yourself (or the subject) as your training images. The photos should ideally have good lighting, different angles, expressions, and minimal background distractions. We accept common image formats (JPG, PNG) with a minimum resolution of 512x512 pixels.

Training your AI model typically takes 30-60 minutes, depending on system load. Once your model is trained, generating images in various styles takes just 1-2 minutes per set. Custom prompt generations typically take 2-3 minutes. You'll be notified as soon as your images are ready.

Yes, all images generated with FluxEvo can be used for both personal and commercial purposes. You retain full rights to your generated images and can use them for your website, social media, marketing materials, or any other professional applications.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee subject to specific conditions. You're eligible for a refund if: (1) your uploaded samples met our guidelines and the output quality is still unsatisfactory; (2) you've only trained one model and applied a single style pack; (3) you haven't used any prompt studio credits; and (4) you request the refund within 7 days of your purchase.
